We're building Better.email — a modern, flexible email design and creation platform used by mid-market and enterprise teams.
We're a small, senior founding team with a strong product and growing customer base. What we're looking for now is not traditional sales, but 1–2 commercial partners who enjoy opening doors, shaping go-to-market, and sharing in the upside.
What this partnership looks like
This is a hands-on, trust-based collaboration.
You would:
- Introduce Better.email to relevant companies or agencies in your network
- Help start and qualify conversations
- Share insight into how teams evaluate and adopt email tools
- Work closely with founders, who handle product, demos, and closing
This is not a volume outbound role and not a salaried position.
You might be a great fit if you…
- Have strong relationships in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operations
- Regularly speak with email marketing managers, CRM leads, or agencies
- Have worked at, with, or alongside platforms such as Stensul, Taxi for Email, ESPs, or agencies
- Are independent, senior, and value flexibility and leverage
- Enjoy being close to the product and influencing how it grows
We're especially interested in people who already help others choose tools — formally or informally.
Compensation & upside
This is a commission-driven partnership with meaningful upside.
- High revenue share on new business you introduce
- Ongoing share on renewals you actively support
- No base salary
- Clear path to deeper involvement, including equity, once there is proven impact and mutual commitment
