Adobe Campaign

One campaign workflow for Adobe Campaign Classic and v8.

Copy rendered HTML into Classic, or connect v8 and sync delivery templates. Both paths preserve Adobe Campaign personalization and conditions.

How it works

Choose the Adobe Campaign path you run

Classic renders final HTML for manual copy, with optional subject and preheader values beside it. Adobe Campaign v8 uses an OAuth server-to-server connection to create and update delivery templates.

What stays in Adobe Campaign

  • Adobe Campaign Classic has no API connection or recipient field sync. The HTML, subject, and preheader are copied manually.
  • Adobe Campaign v8 creates delivery templates, not deliveries. Audience selection and scheduling stay in Adobe Campaign.
  • Adobe Campaign v8 receives subject and HTML. A preheader only travels inside the rendered HTML.
