Sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces flow from Iterable back into Better Email. The campaign list also shows when an Iterable campaign is scheduled and when it sent. Marketers get the overview without switching systems.
Performance sync rides the Iterable API key you already connected. Only campaign totals move, never recipient data.

The integration uses a server side Iterable API key for the project. Once connected, Better Email can sync user profile fields for Handlebars personalization and content rules.
The standard export creates an Iterable email template with rendered HTML, subject line, preheader, Handlebars personalization, and content variants. An optional setting can also create an Iterable campaign on a selected list.
Better Email does not replace Iterable for audience selection, journeys, scheduling, or sending. Those steps stay in Iterable.
The current public documentation does not publish an Iterable scope checklist. Confirm the required project access with Better Email during integration setup instead of granting permissions based on an assumed scope list.
Yes. When performance sync is enabled, campaign totals for sends, deliveries, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, and bounces return through the connected API key. Recipient data does not move to Better Email.
