An admin creates a private Klaviyo API key for Better Email. Template export requires full access to templates. Campaign creation needs read and write access to campaigns, plus read access to lists and segments.

Better Email updates the same Klaviyo template. If campaign creation is enabled and the linked campaign is still a draft, the current content, subject, preview text, and selected audience can be updated there too.

Yes. The export dialog lists Klaviyo lists and segments. Better Email remembers the choice for that campaign and preselects it next time.

No. Better Email stops changing the campaign once it leaves draft status. Scheduling, sending, audience refinements, and A/B tests stay in Klaviyo.
